ProMatch Tour Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all visitors to www.wmrt.com (the “Site”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how we use and protect the information that you provide to us.
By using the Site and/or completing and submitting a registration form on the Site (including, without limitation, when entering a competition or prize draw via the Site), you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.    CONTACTING US
1.1    For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), in respect of any personal data that you submit to us on the Site, the data controller is ProMatch Tour Limited , which is a company incorporated in Bermuda (registration number: 37343).  Please note that we are not the data controller for any personal data that you submit and that is collected via third party websites linked to the Site.

2.    INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU
2.1    We may collect information that you provide to us by filling in forms on the Site, including information provided at the time when you register to use the Site, subscribe for a particular service or product (including subscribing to our Match Racing 360º e-zine), subscribe to newsletters and/or email notifications, contact us, post material or request further services that we may provide from time to time. Such information may include, but may not be limited to, your name, age, email address, address and date of birth.
2.2    We will collect information contained in any correspondence between you and us.  For example, if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.  We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site or with anything contained on the Site or in any of the products or services offered through the Site.  
2.3    We may collect generic information about your computer and your visits to and how you use the Site. We may therefore collect information such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. Individual users will not be identifiable from this information and we may use this information for a number of purposes including website administration, optimising the use of the Site, disclosing to third party contributors or for security purposes.  In particular, we may use an analytics service provider for website traffic analysis and reporting and to track information such as which browser, screen resolution and IP address you are using to access our website, in addition to tracking your movements around our website. (b)    any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, each as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006, for purposes other than marketing to you;

6.2    We do not control and accept no liability or responsibility for these third party websites and microsites nor for the third party content, advertisements and cookies.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites, microsites, content, advertisements and cookies and any information they collect from you by virtue of you clicking on such links will be collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy of the relevant third party.  Please therefore consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the relevant third party to find out how they collect and use your personal data and to establish whether and for what purpose they use cookies.  
6.3    If you have any queries or complaints in relation to such third party sites, content, advertisements and/or links which feature or can be accessed via the Site, please Contact Us.  We will try our best to assist with your queries and complaints although please note that we may not be the data controller in respect of the data that you submitted or is collected via such third party sites therefore we may not be able to do anything.
7.    SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
7.1    We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage however, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

7.3    We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires or permits.
7.4    You are responsible for keeping any passwords, login details and user details confidential.
8.    INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
8.1    Our servers are situated in the United States of America, however we collect data from wherever users are situated.  The information that we collect may therefore be transferred to the United Kingdom from any other country in which you may be located and may be subject to United Kingdom data protection laws rather than (or in addition to, if applicable) the laws of the country in which you are resident.
8.2    Your personal data may be transferred, processed and/or stored outside the European Economic Area. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.  We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9.    ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
9.1    You are entitled to know what personal data we hold about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us using the information provided in clause 1.2 above. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you and to require you to provide us with appropriate identification.
9.2    You may request us to cease sending you any marketing information at any time by notifying us in writing or following any “unsubscribe” instructions included in any marketing sent to you.  If you wish to have your personal data removed from our database you should send your request to the address set out in clause 1.2 of this Privacy Policy. We will remove your registration details from our database and inform you once this has been done.
10.    CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
By browsing or using the Site you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on the Site to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
